PocketPapi Project Brain ยท early access

Your project context, available to compatible AI clients.

Refresh owner-approved project knowledge from a connected assistant, or use the local MCP adapter to sync one explicitly authorized project and keep a private offline snapshot.

The download contains setup instructions and a local read-only adapter. It does not sign in, install itself, or create a grant. A PocketPapi account and a separate exact-project approval are required before local sync.

Choose a project

Each local grant is tied to one project, one site, approved knowledge-read access, and an expiry you can revoke.

Keep a local snapshot

The dependency-free client verifies response scope and hashes, stores a private cache, and works from the last snapshot offline.

Keep control

Sync starts only when requested. The adapter cannot write knowledge, call connectors, or capture assistant conversations.

Install with a compatible MCP client

  1. Download the versioned JSON package and the package installer script. Compare its SHA-256 with the public Project Brain catalog.
  2. Run node install.mjs pocketpapi-project-brain-1.1.1.json ./project-brain in an empty local directory. The installer validates the package and each file hash before writing; it does not execute package content. Install Node.js 20 or later.
  3. Create an exact-project read-only grant in PocketPapi, then configure the local adapter with your grant ID, project ID, and bearer through your operating system's protected process environment.
  4. Register the local adapter as an MCP stdio server in your client. The current adapter speaks MCP protocol 2025-03-26. Client-specific secure credential setup and compatibility acceptance are still required.

Clients that cannot launch a local stdio process can use PocketPapi's remote MCP connection and add the downloaded skill instructions manually. Plain chat clients without MCP or local-file access can use the explicit Markdown export instead.
