Payroll-provider connections are not represented as live until a real provider adapter is implemented. PocketPapi supports review, approval, and export workflows; it does not claim automatic payroll submission. A no-call/no-show is a manager decision after the grace period, never an automatic inference.

Does PocketPapi automatically mark someone as a no-show?
No. A scheduling manager can record a no-call/no-show after the 15-minute grace period. PocketPapi does not infer a no-show automatically.
Does payroll submit directly to my payroll service?
The Hub supports payroll review, approvals, history, and CSV export. Provider cards remain setup placeholders until a real provider adapter is available.
